Spring Break V - 2015 Round Up

Wow!  We had a great week celebrating vegan spring break.  My blogger friends shared some amazing recipes and fitness ideas for sure.  Click the links below to see this great content!

Bubbles and Booyah
Boston-based blogger L hosts a web space where fashion, fitness and (vegetarian) food collide.  And champagne, obviously.  She’s going vegan for Lent this year and is training for her second half marathon.

Joie de Vivre Cupcakes
Hailing from Slovenia, Pia creates some pretty fantastic vegan recipes, including vegan croissants.  Check out her blog and Instagramfeed.

Life Gone Vegan
Perri shares her original recipes for vegans and others with dietary restrictions. All recipes listed on her site are vegan.  Many recipes also avoid ingredients with gluten, soy, corn, and refined sugar.

Little Miss Vegan Cakes Kitchen
As a vegan endurance athlete, Daisy has to keep up her energy and strength.  She features recipes and recommendations on her blog.

Morsels and Moonshine
Aileen fuses her love of writing with her passion for mindful eating. On her vegan dessert blog, she focuses on using sustainable whole foods without compromising flavor.  And there’s booze too.

My Kind Closet
Stephanie inspires her readers to ditch the leather, wool, and silk in favor of a kinder style.  She shares tips for eating kindly and how to incorporate kind products into everyday life.  See her Instagram feed here.

Peanut Butter and Ellie
Ellie features delicious vegan recipes on her blog and shares what living a vegan lifestyle in high school is like.  She also features fitness and travel topics as well – Ellie recently went to Asia!

Pumpkin & Peanut Butter
North Carolina-based blogger Liz shares her love of healthy foods and whole ingredients. You will find mostly vegetarian dishes, plenty of sweets, and lots of love.

Quinoa and Cookies
Becky has a passion for cooking and baking, and loves experimenting with new ingredients and bold flavors. She maintains a gluten-free lifestyle due to Celiac Disease, and while she’s neither vegan nor vegetarian, she does favor a veggie-heavy diet.

The Whole Ingredient
Hailing from the UK, Laura shares healthy, delicious, whole food plant-based recipes that can be made in under an hour. Simple to make and full of flavour: recipes that won't cost the Earth.

This Vegan Whimsy
After having terrible migraines and stomach trouble, Hannah switched to a vegan diet and her problems have rapidly decreased.  She shares her culinary creations so that others may benefit from a plant-based diet too.

Please take the time to follow all of these wonderful bloggers and remember to visit the Spring Break V Pinterest Board.

Cheers!
