A few weeks ago, I got some strawberry basil iced tea packets at World Market. (World Market is my spirit animal.) The iced tea had such a summery flavor that I thought that I had to try to capture the it in a boozy ice pop!
1 c. fresh strawberries
1/4 c. lemon-infused vodka (learn more about infusing liquor!)
a handful of fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 to 2 c. brewed green tea, cold
splash of pure maple syrup
So easy – simply place the ingredients in the blender and puree them! Once they are blended to your liking, pour them into the pop mold and let the pops set for 8 hours (at least) or preferably overnight.
